What To Expect

All members of our church have been new at one time or another, so we remember what it is like. To make your visit feel more comfortable, we have ushers and greeters to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. They are easily accessible – they are located at the main entrance and foyer into our building wearing silver badges. They can direct you to the right class, assist you in getting your children to the right nursery, and help you with information about our various ministries.

When should I arrive?
If you are visiting with young children, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes early so that we can help you find your children’s meeting rooms before services start.

What should I wear?
While it might be stressful when deciding what to wear to church, please do not feel the need to be formal when you come to Windsor Baptist Church. You will fit in just fine whether you are wearing a shirt and tie, polo and khakis or a suit.

What kinds of people are there?
On a typical Sunday, you’ll see people from all walks of life. From parents with newborns, to young couples enjoying each other’s company as well as singles and older saints fellowshipping with life-long friends, Windsor Baptist Church is truly a multi- generational church.

What is there for my kids?
Children are a precious gift which is why we provide quality, energetic, fun programming for them. We have been blessed with great resources to help them learn from the Bible including well trained teachers and fun learning facilities. Here are some other perks to our children’s program:

  • We have an excellent nursery for your toddlers and infants.
  • While you are in Church service, your kids are too – in a way that is developmentally appropriate.
  • During the worship services:
    • Preschool aged children remain in the nursery
    • School-aged children can either:
      • attend the worship service with their parents
      • be dismissed to “Jr. Church”
